I enjoyed it they have a great rtp ..... But I won 5000 euro I asked for a time out till I was fully verified but they chose to ignore it and waited till I played it all away upon complaining I wanted to get verified so I could withdraw as winnings like that don't come to often I put in a complaint and they actually returned an email to refund me some money asked for my bank details asked for everything they need to refund me I was delighted that they took it into consideration that it was there fault for not setting a limit for me till I was verified.... And then they stopped I never heard another thing of them only my account was closed for a month no refund no explanation on why I was been ignored I've sent an email every day but they chose to ignore me customer relations are non existent......

Ok joined here a few days ago the all seemed ok till I lost 100 euro on 1 game without a win .... . I must admit I was a worse ejit for playing it .... Played a few more games and it seemed the same all around rtp was shocking but that was only the start .... I decided to close this account straight away I contacted live chat told them I wanted no free spins no bonus just close account now .. but of course offered every rubbish 10 cent spins bonus and 20 euro x40 withdraw limit what a load of rubbish even doe I asked them just to close account without any offers ..... After 40 odd mins of back and forward I was told to contact support via email which I done 6 times now without reply went back to live chat and still nothing .. .. stay away people they are rubbish.... And to top it of you cannot set limits or time outs there are no responsibility settings at all....so still trying to close account 10 emails sent I tried live chat again and nothing they are useless they can't even set limits ....please stay away from this lot I have downloaded there response to my live chat they cannot even answer 1 question if anyone would like to see it just ask

Do not play here .... They have no responsibility for the player you can not take a time out they will no set limits for you..I have a withdrawal outstanding and there using the same old tactics of not paying for 3 days knowing the player will get fed up and play it away... I asked to close account till my withdrawal is and nope can't do that till the money is gone ... It's a scam site be careful

Ok I can't go mad on this site it's a good site games are good live chat are as helpful as they can be but there choice of providers is letting them down the last few times I played I lost a lot in no time I deposited 500 pound with a 10% return on 1 game no free spins biggest win 4pound that is not what the game site advertise but I no everyone can't win but 10% ... I had no problem here lodged money easy , sent in all the appropriate details to withdraw and all went well within 24 hours I was verified and got my first withdrawal ( first of many I hope )

It has to be 1 of the worst big name bookies and casinos I no the rtp is shocking most of the games are at least 50% better on other sites the only thing this site is good for is horse racing... I don't want to bad mouth this site but I asked questions before I joined and as soon as I went to withdraw the rules changed I clearly asked if I was able to withdraw with visa in Ireland I was told.. Well here is a list of countries that can't and Ireland is not on it so yes you can so I joined deposit and as soon as I went to withdraw there it is ya can't bank only. But even at that I waited 6 days to see it in my bank but nope never arrived then I was told to get a bank statement and prove it now at this stage I've enough I closed my account they do not give what they advertise and withdrawal is poor I would try somewhere else if I was you... Since I uploaded this they still have not paid my money..

Started of as a good site won lost no big deal then won a few euro took out same as I placed in through my visa then decided I'd take a break for a few weeks came back lodged money in happy days won a few euro went to withdraw it and that's the bad thing they changed there rules on payouts to Ireland can take your money through visa but you can't get it back that way so you have to try win 500 euro to withdraw through the bank or go through the mess of setting up netteller or skrill to withdraw and when it gets to your bank they have there cut out of it.. Well all I can say is don't bother go somewhere where they payout the way you deposit cause its very unlikely you'll win 500 every time you deposit
