O pagamento de € 20 levou mais de 7 semanas, apenas uma reclamação do CasinoGuru me ajudou a seguir em frente!

Quando ainda não recebi o saque solicitado após mais de 10 dias, entrei em contato com o suporte. Eles sempre me disseram que o saque estava supostamente na etapa final de processamento, mas nada aconteceu mesmo após várias consultas. Após quase 3 semanas, o pedido de saque foi cancelado sem dar um motivo e o jogo começou tudo de novo.

Como nada aconteceu novamente, então registrei uma reclamação aqui. O cassino foi então solicitado a comentar e justificou o atraso no pagamento com um procedimento KYC pendente.

No último sábado, passei de um depósito de € 100 para um de € 1.000 que queria sacar.

O cassino tem um design muito bonito. Existem muitos métodos de depósito e os bônus são ótimos. É isso com os aspectos positivos, agora os negativos:
