This casino is the worst I have ever experienced. It has no professionalism, no transparency, and no respect for players. Awful experience. I have 2 active withdrawals since August 5th. First they did not want to process them, then on Friday the site went "under maintenance". Do not trust them! Support unresponsive or lying and now even CasinoGuru is deleting my comment. I believe they are all one big mafia!!

Not really happy with this casino. First, i had problems registering and logging in via Mozilla Firefox, have to use Chrome each time now. Second, i got denied cashback multiple times because i had taken bonus in the past, why even bother with it. Third, taking a bonuses here is not worth it as many slots are blocked by it on top of that many slots that seem accessible for me are actually also blocked by country, so in total maybe i can access half of what the casino offers. I expected more of this casino.

Update: After a couple weeks and many deposits i started to win a bit and cash out and then suddenly one day after a cash-out the casino blocks my account according to their T&C without any real explanation. I recommend avoiding this casino and Altacore altogether, in the long run only had bad experience with them on a few of their casinos.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with iWild Casino.

I requested a withdrawal on May 24, 2025, from a fully verified account. Despite their Terms and Conditions stating that withdrawals are processed within 2 business days, I was told via email that the payout would only be made on June 2 – over a week of delay with no valid explanation.

Customer support was unhelpful and only responded with scripted messages. It is clear that the casino is not honoring its own terms, which is highly unprofessional.

In my opinion, this shows a lack of transparency and reliability. Until they change this behavior, I cannot recommend iWild Casino to any player. A trustworthy operator should not treat customers this way.

I wanted to leave iWild a good review, but they seem to be the type of casino I originally suspected they might be.

After I first registered several months ago, I attempted to make a withdrawal for $200.

They were initially very difficult when it came to verifying my documents; it took 7 days from my first withdrawal request to when they finally approved my kyc. They would reject my documents every day, once a day, and cancel my withdrawals during this time period. On day 7, the documents were magically accepted even though prior documents I'd sent contained the same info.

Once they officially approved my kyc, it took less than 24 hours to receive my payment (on day 8), so I thought I would give them another chance now that I had been "verified", as that seemed to be the challenging part.

Several months later, I won $450 on a cash back bonus, and the withdrawal was easy and I received it within 24 hours. I started to halfway trust them, so I made more deposits.

Now, this week, I won $1000 (no bonuses) and we're back to having problems again. 4 days ago, I made 2 $500 withdrawal requests, which were ignored and then cancelled. I initiated contact via chat, where I was told the money was coming, but then they cancelled it. I've been told it's coming again today, and it's in the final pending stage, whatever that means. I'm not convinced I'm actually talking to real people who are actually checking anything for me. Nobody responds to emails.

4 days may not seem like a lot of time, but it is extremely stressful when it is impossible to contact anyone, there are no updates to withdrawal status, and withdrawals randomly get cancelled after 48 hours. Like others have said, it seems like they they're allowing them to lapse so you keep playing and lose your money.

The dumb thing is, if they'd sent me my money in a timely manner, they'd probably have a bunch of it back by now already. I'm not even ahead in my winnings; I've deposited more than $1650 since I started playing there, so it's not like I'm asking for much.

If you have too much money and don't care when and if you get paid, this is a good website with nice design and a lot of game choices.

If you have bills to pay and expect to receive your withdrawals in a timely manner, then maybe use the several other gambling websites that don't play games with KYC, answer emails, and send withdrawals within the timeframe that they promise on their website.

The stress and uncertainty of waiting forever for my money makes me feel that this company isn't 100% trustworthy and difficult to recommend.

Edit: I did finally get paid, 5 days after my request.

Edit #2: Decided to give them another go several months later to see if anything has improved; still terrible with withdrawals. Just had them cancelled and had to request again. Still waiting after several days. Exhausting.

I love the wide range of games selection. It is truly entertaining! The deposits are fast and usually with many options of bonuses ( just keep in mind the wagering requirements). The website layout is great too.

I just truly dislike that Interac withdraw requests are not given priority assessment by the financial department. Due to their expiration deadline of 48 hours, the withdraws can get canceled over and over. It is frustrating! I would like that the casino give them priority due to their particularity so they do not get canceled. I am waiting for a week for my withdraw...

I am truly sorry to testify that things have not improved with this casino. Withdraws are very long and capped at only 600 dollars /request with a maximum of 3 simultaneously. In fact, it does not matter if you make a request one after the other in the hopes they will be processed in succession. It seems that they will only process one request per day capping your winnings withdraw effectively.

I do not know if they do it purposely or it is just the lack of staff, but people who have trouble waiting the requests to be processed and end up canceling the request to spend in the casino, avoid this casino at all costs. I won over 2k and it is taking ages to have the withdraw requests processed by this casino.

Overall the Casino seemed good, lots of games to choose from.

The one issue with all of these casinos, is the withdrawal times along with the Cancel Withdrawal Feature.

First Withdrawal Times way too long especially in contrast to the instant deposits. It should be instant withdrawals almost.

The Long withdrawals with a Cancel Feature is just a sitting disaster for venerable users who lack that self control. Featuring through out a lot of these casinos its something that in my opinion needs to be changed and rectified

I was also asked for even MORE verification after completing the KYC Verification prior, this slows down your withdrawal even more.

Honestly, this is the first time I've seen such a slow payout of winnings, in other casinos things happen up to 24 hours. This slows down the feeling and makes the game meaningless. Otherwise everything else is convenient and I like it, just make the payment quickly
